How long have you been involved in property management?

Gates Management and Realty is a premier property management and real estate company in Hillsborough, NC. We specialize in residential property management of single-family homes, duplexes, and fourplexes. Whether you are an investor or a homeowner with a single house to rent, our 30 years of real estate experience in the local area makes us well-suited to help you meet your goals. 

How many properties do you manage?

We mange just under 200 properties.

What areas do you serve?

We manage an outstanding collection of rental homes and list and sell homes in Hillsborough, Chapel Hill, Mebane, Graham, Burlington, Carrboro, Durham…  We service most areas within 30 minutes of our office in Hillsborough. We want to be able to get to the property quickly should maintenance or condition reports be needed. Our properties provide beautiful sites in small towns or country settings that nonetheless afford quick, convenient access to the Triangle and the Triad to major medical facilities and are just a few hours away from either the mountains or the beach!  Most of our management properties are within minutes of I-40 or I-85.

What property management services do you offer?

We offer marketing, tenant screening, rent collection, annual condition reports, maintenance, and financial reporting.
