How long have you been involved in property management?
TrueDoor Property Management was founded with a property-owner-first approach. The founders, Bryant Hull and Kyle Thompson began helping Southern California property owners achieve their real estate and financial goals over 16 years ago.
With experience in real estate operations and accounting, their skills have successfully equipped them to offer third-party property management in Southern California that makes their clients more money with less drama. They enjoy diving into property owners’ building financials and helping them determine better strategies for improving their cash flow.
Today, TrueDoor has put together a substantial team of property managers trained in various skills to ensure our clients have the tools they need to market their property, find ideal tenants, maintain maintenance, stay up-to-date with finances, and reach their investment goals.
Most property management companies lack the care to improve upon what's already been established by the property owner. So when they hire a manager with a poor experience, they think that will be the case with all managers.
TrueDoor meets property owners where they are and elevates their operations, personnel, and income. TrueDoor’s personnel are experts; they turn frustrated landlords into carefree landlords. Having the right people with continued training makes all the difference.
How many properties do you manage?
We manage 1,100+ units in Orange County and the Inland Empire. We have experience managing 260+ unit apartment complexes and can still cater to the single-family home rental investor. We are also interested in working with even larger complexes, buying other management companies, and expanding into new markets.
What areas do you serve?
TrueDoor Property Management’s team of local property managers has provided first-class property management to Orange County and the Inland Empire residents for over 16 years. We are soon expanding into San Diego County.
What property management services do you offer?
We will deeply dive into your systems, employees, procedures, and financials for large complexes and determine if we can help you make more money. If we can help, we will accurately explain in what areas our approach would be and how we can make you more money than our management fee.
We offer Property Marketing and Leasing Services, Rent Collection, Evictions, Tenant Screening, Property Inspections, Maintenance, and Financial Reporting on all properties.
