How long have you been involved in property management?

We started this company back in 2010 with our own houses. We are rental property owners, and we manage like you would manage your own rentals. We understand what it's like being the property owner and wanting to maximize your investment.  

How many properties do you manage?

Rhino Property Management currently manages 650 properties.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Salt Lake County, Utah County, Davis County, and Weber County in Utah.

What property management services do you offer?

We offer Property Marketing, Tenant Screening, Rent Collection, Tenant Eviction Services, Tenant Complaints, Property Inspections & Maintenance, and Financial Reporting.

Rhino Property Management focuses on providing high quality rental property management services in Utah. We do it at a flat rate. No percentages here.
