How long have you been involved in property management?

Legacy has been a full-service property management company for 19 years, founded in 2005. 

How many rental properties do you manage? 

We proudly manage over 1,700 rental properties. Our clients include individual rental homeowners, private investor groups, commercial entities and homeowners associations (HOA’s).

What areas do you serve?

Legacy services the Greater Portland, Oregon and Southwest Washington areas.

What services do you offer?

We offer a variety of services, from tenant background screening, inspections, maintenance, evictions, and everything in between.
