How long have you been involved in property management?

I have been working in property management since the early 2000s.

What is the largest number of properties you have managed?

I co-managed 696 apartment homes as an assistant property manager and 176 apartment homes as a property manager.

What areas do you serve?

Greater Birmingham area, including Jefferson, Shelby, and Tuscaloosa Counties.

What property management services do you offer?

 We provide a full range of services, including marketing, property tours, tenant screening, lease agreements, rent collection, owner distributions, maintenance coordination, turnkey organization, annual inspections, and lease renewals.
