How long have you been involved in real estate?

Founded in 2019, Root River Realty Group has been a powerhouse in the Real Estate Investment and Residential Industry within Milwaukee, WI. The catalyst for growth was a 400-property portfolio that Santiago and Holly sold for a longtime Milwaukee Investor client they worked with for 12 years. They sold all 400 properties for him in under 400 days for a total sellout of $38.6M.

Since then, the Root River Realty Group has joined forces with Keller Williams, and over the past 3 years, they have sold a combined $110M of Real Estate to Hundreds of Clients throughout the State of Wisconsin to clients who were not only local but also throughout the United States as well as all over the World. Applying their GLOCAL (Global and Local) expertise to working with clients in different locations, time zones, experiences, and more has allowed them to grow their team and sales year over year.

What areas do you serve?
While we mainly work in Milwaukee County, we do serve all surrounding areas from Sheboygan to Hartford to Waukesha, Lake County, and down to Beloit, Kenosha, and Racine, as well as vacation homes near Madison and even up north near the “UP” via affiliated partnerships.

What services do you offer?
Our overall offering is focused on Turnkey Sales. We strive to make the client's buying and selling experience the best. We provide our clients, out or in the state, with all the necessary information on neighborhoods to shop/live in, contractors, insurance, property management, and much more. We strive for 5 Stars in everything we do and take pride in all the hard work, patience, and gusto it takes to be a Top Producing Agent year after year in this industry.

What sets you apart from the competition?

Recently, in 2021, 2022, and 2023, Holly Speranza was the #1 Real Estate Agent in the entire State of Wisconsin for Volume of Units Sold and ranked #11 in the Entire United States in 2022 (Est Ranking for 2023, #5 in the entire US). We want to continue that growth in 2024 and beyond by working with clients from all walks of life, not just with investment properties but also with residential and commercial properties.

The Root River Realty Group is structured into two separate components led by Santiago and Holly, independent of each other, to ensure they can work with clients with different needs.  Santiago manages the Investments side of the business, and Holly manages the Residential and Commercial side of the company.
