How to Set Up Custom Branding

Getting started with Custom Branding is fast and simple. Here’s how:

Step 1: Subscribe to Pro or Essential

Custom Branding is a feature available exclusively to Rentometer Pro and Essential subscribers. Subscribe now to unlock this powerful tool.

Step 2: Navigate to Branding Settings

Once you’re logged in, click your email address in the upper-left corner. Then, select My Account from the dropdown menu.

Next, click Manage Your Custom Branding under the Custom Branding section.

Step 3: Enter Your Branding Info

• Fill in your name, email, phone number, and business details
• Upload a high-resolution image of your logo
• Click Create Branding in the top-right corner to save your settings

How to Apply Your Branding to Reports

Once your branding is set up, applying it to your Pro Reports is seamless.

Step 1: Choose Your Branding Profile

From the Rentometer homepage, click the Report Branding dropdown. Select your custom profile (it will replace Rentometer’s default branding).

💡 Your selection will be saved and automatically applied the next time you generate a report.

Step 2: Generate and Download a Branded PDF

Custom branding appears only in the PDF version of your Pro Report (not the interactive one). The good news? Sharing a branded report is quick and simple.

Here’s how:

First, run a QuickView™ Rent Estimate. Then, click View Pro Report to view the full interactive version.

Select the PDF icon in the top-right corner to jump to your My Reports page where you can download and print your branded report.

💡 Pro Tip: If you share a report via the green Share Report button, the branded PDF is automatically attached to your email—no extra steps needed.

Next, click Download/Print PDF to download your custom-branded Pro Report.
